BAY HOUSE ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation consists of six bedrooms sleeping a maximum of twelve guests, lounge, games room, diningroom, kitchen, scullery, three bathrooms and a seperate toilet.

The house will suit a large family or two or three families looking for an old fashioned beach holiday. The unspoilt and secluded beach is 40 meters from the front door and offers excellent fishing, snorkelling and surfing.

There is an outdoor shower and a braai area under the mature milkwood trees.​
THE BEACH
The Bay House property extends to the high water mark of the Indian Ocean. There is direct access to the secluded, unspoilt beach rougly 40 meters from the front door.
The property is bordered by the Happy Wanders resort to the north and the Milkwood Dunes Estate to the south.

There are endless rock pool to explore, excellent rock and surf fishing, snorkelling in the bay and the point directly in front of the property is a popular surfing spot particularly in the winter months.
